Description
With the FE100 set, consisting of the STYA food bowl FE110 and FE120, your cat is fully provided for: an independent drinking station with a tall stoneware bowl and a complete feeding place with two shallow bowls for wet and dry food. The drinking station and feeding place are deliberately separated – this allows you to flexibly place both stations in different locations in your home, which many cats even prefer.
The high-quality stoneware bowls securely snap into the powder-coated metal frames, raising them and making them absolutely stable. This allows your cat to eat and drink in an ergonomically comfortable position, while you get a setup that visually matches your home.
Drinking and eating perfectly separated
In nature, cats rarely drink where they eat. With this set, you have the option to place the drinking station (FE110 with tall bowl FE240) spatially separated from the feeding place (FE120 with two shallow bowls FE250). This corresponds to your cat's natural behavior and can help them drink more – an important aspect for health, especially with purely dry feeding.
Whisker-friendly thanks to shallow bowl shape
Your cat's whiskers are highly sensitive tactile hairs. If they constantly touch the rim of the bowl, it can lead to "whisker stress" – some cats then eat hesitantly, push food out of the bowl, or leave it untouched. The shallow bowls FE250 on the food bowl FE120 are designed so that the whiskers remain free. Your cat can eat undisturbed and relaxed.
Elevated eating and drinking position for your cat
A slightly elevated position relieves neck and throat muscles and facilitates swallowing. Older cats or larger breeds particularly benefit from this – both when eating at the FE120 and when drinking at the FE110.
Sophisticated snap-in system
The bowls are simply placed into the precisely fitting recesses of the metal frames from above and snap into place. This ensures they are perfectly secure and cannot slip or tip over when eating or drinking. This provides your cat with a calm, safe place. For cleaning, you simply lift the bowls out, put them back after washing – done.
Why stoneware?
Stoneware is taste-neutral, hygienic, and unlike plastic, does not absorb odors or bacteria. It is heavy enough to stand stably and robust enough for daily use in the dishwasher. Many cats are sensitive to plastic bowls – stoneware is the more hygienic and durable alternative and is equally suitable for dry food, wet food, and water.
High-quality workmanship & quality
The metal frames are made of powder-coated steel with a matte sand finish that is resistant to scratches and fingerprints. All edges are cleanly finished, and the bowls themselves are fired and glazed – a complete furniture set for the drinking station and feeding place.
Durable instead of disposable
Should one of the stoneware bowls ever be damaged, you can buy it individually. The metal frames will remain with you. This saves resources and allows you to keep the set for many years.
